Purpose Statement
- To design and execute TOC Relationships strategy to underpin, enable and deliver the Forex strategy.
- Responsible for optimising TOC Relationships performance by executing business plans, budgets, goals and metrics, people, standards, principles, and processes.
Experience
Minimum:
- 10yrs+ treasury experience successfully leading, planning and managing TOC Relationships initiatives and operations.
- Stakeholder management (internal and external) and at a variety of levels.
- Managing risk in a TOC Relationships environment.
Ideal:
- Management experience in Capitec Bank.
- Experience in the same or a similar industry
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economic and Management Sciences
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- Honours Degree in Finance or Economic and Management Sciences
Knowledge
Minimum:
- Expert knowledge of TOC Relationships best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Client service and management.
- Expert knowledge of TOC Relationships as well as an overall understanding of how they work.
- Data and digital knowledge and capability.
- Risk and governance.
- Commercial, business, operations and financial principles and practices.
- Governance and risk management principles
- IT systems and data management and application.
- Quality principles and practice
- Understanding of future of technology e.g. blockchain.
