About the Clover CSC Learnership 2026
The Clover Customer Service Centre Learnership is designed to equip learners with practical and theoretical skills needed to work in a professional call centre environment. Successful candidates will be based at Clover’s Call Centre offices in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, while also attending structured learning sessions.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the Clover CSC Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
- Matric completed within the last 5 years (2021 – 2025)
- Minimum 55% average in English and Maths or Maths Literacy
- Advanced computer literacy
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must not have participated in a learnership before

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Capture and confirm customer orders accurately
- Process daily call lists on time
- Inform customers of accounts on hold
- Communicate order-related issues to relevant stakeholders
- Sell Clover and Principal products
- Promote new and additional products and special offers
- Participate in team meetings and teamwork initiatives
- Support team values and shared responsibilities
- Assist with visual management of information
