The learner will support the Executive Chef in managing the daily operations of the kitchen, including food production, hygiene compliance, administration, and customer service.


Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Kitchen Operations

  • Prepare and produce high-quality food according to Eskom standards

  • Assist with menu planning and food presentation concepts

  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

  • Control and manage kitchen stock and inventory

Administrative & Compliance Duties

  • Perform hospitality-related administrative functions
