Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

• Grade 12 / N3

Experience:

• 4 years’ related experience

• Discipline plant specific skills
• Communication and interpersonal Skills
• Good planning and organising skills
• Facilitation and Presentation skills
• Assessment and Feedback skills
• Design and Development skills
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Basic knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) processes
• Knowledge of SAQA, NQF, WANO and INPO accreditation processes
• Knowledge of Koeberg plant systems.
• Koeberg plant system operation skills and knowledge
• Principle Nuclear Plant Operator (PNPO) Certificate would be advantageous
• Experience in a Training environment would be advantageous
• EWSETA Registered Facilitator and/ or Assessor would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and control the learning process
• Develop, review training material and update according to customer process requirements
• Provide a training advisory service
• Provide administrative support services
• Perform assessment and evaluations
• Perform any other legitimate activity as required
