To execute batch and monitoring of all Capitec Bank critical applications, servers and networks.

Experience & Certification

Min:

• IT background
• Certification: A+, N+

Ideal:

• 2-3 years relevant experience in a NOC environment

Qualifications (Minimum)

Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Knowledge

Must have detailed knowledge of:

• System & general application knowledge
• Windows domain
• General Microsoft Office knowledge
• Mission Critical IT Banking Systems
• E-mail
• Bancs
• Postilion
• Control M
• Production processes
• General concepts around IT systems and IT infrastructure
