Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

National Diploma in Health Science / Health Information / Social Science/ Industrial Psychology / Social Work at NQF 6 with 240 credits

Related minimum Experience

3 years related experience in Health and Wellness Environment

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Healthy Lifestyle Awareness and Education sessions
Provide lay counselling services to employees
Attract and co-ordinate number of wellness ambassadors (WA) in the division and facilitate their developments
Monitor and evaluate education and awareness programmes
Coordinate accessibility for people with disabilities in all Generation sites
