Purpose of the Job:
Ensure that plant is maintained in accordance with approved maintenance programme and legal and mandatory requirements: Carry out regular checks on all the manufacturing equipment to ensure that it can produce to the desired machine efficiency and line utilisation. To be involved with the planning, coordination and control of Manufactucturing processes and the maintenance on the equipment and machinery.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- B Tech/M Tech/M Eng. Or equivalent
- Post grad diploma in Business/Finance
- Relevant experience in conducting GMP as well as safety audits, preferably within an FMCG environment.
- At least 5 years’ management experience within a Production manufacturing & maintenance environment
- The ability to work under pressure well-developed strategic thinking and conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player with strong relationship building ability
- People Leadership experience in managing medium-large production teams
