- PRIOR PRIVATE HEALTH SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT A SENIOR MANAGEMENT LEVEL
- PROVEN ABILITY TO LEAD A MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAM OF HEALTH & TECHNICAL PROFESSIONALS
- STRONG PLANNING, LIAISON AND ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS
- ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
- HIGH PROFICIENCY IN WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION
- THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF HEALTH SECTOR LEGISLATIVE FRAMEWORK
- EXPERIENCE AS A HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL WILL SERVE AS A FURTHER RECOMMENDATION
General Management and will be responsible for:-
- The development and achievement of strategic and operational goals

- Planning, organising, coordination and evaluation of all hospital activities
