Step 2. Selection
Telephonic interview
Your CV will be rigorously screened by one of our Talent Acquisition Consultants or HR practitioners. You will be notified of the status of your
application as soon as possible. You may be invited to undertake an initial telephone interview.
Meet us
If successful, you will be invited to a competency‐based first interview. Success at this stage will be followed by a second interview and the
participation in a psychometric assessment ﴾dependent on the role for which you’ve applied﴿.

Accept offer
Congratulations, we’ve offered you the job. We will fully discuss the financial aspects of the offer and provide you with all the information you require
