Job DescriptionCoca-Cola Beverages South Africa has an exciting opportunity for suitably qualified and experienced candidates for a Project Manager position. The Project Manager is responsible to ensure that company projects are executed in accordance with the CCBSA project framework and good practice, to allow for the seamless, efficient and effective execution of prioritised business and strategic initiatives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities• Develop, maintain and manage the project schedule and dependencies.
• Continuously evaluate and address risks associated with a project.
• Continuously evaluate, monitor and manage project scope and implications it may have on stakeholders and the business.
• Ensure that status reporting procedures and the completion of other guiding documents (for example documents related to methodology, governance, etc.) are adhered to.
• Provide project performance information to Project Sponsors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible for the delivery of the project within the agreed time scope, quality and budget.
• Manages the project plan and ensures the integration of different workstreams.
• Manages and monitors the progress of project deliverables.
• Accountable to run effective and regular workstream meetings.
• Ensure governance protocols are adhered to and the right level of governance meetings e.g. Steercom are set up and minuted accurately.
Skills, Experience & EducationQualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• Formal Project Management Practitioner (PMP) qualification Experience:
• At least 5 -7 years of experience in a project management role. Competencies:
